"Time returned to what matters."

The questions people ask before they trust us with this.

What does a normal week look like?

Bills are reviewed and paid. Statements are reconciled against what was supposed to happen. Calls and mail get handled. At the end of it, a short note goes to you and to anyone you have added, saying what was done and what is coming.

What stops someone at your company from taking the money?

Your steward never holds your money. It stays in your accounts, at your institutions, in your name. Every payment leaves a record on the day it happens, visible to you and to anyone you add as an observer, and money cannot be sent to a destination you have not already approved.

Who can see the accounts?

Only the people you name. You decide who gets observer access and you can remove it at any time. An observer sees everything and can move nothing.

Do I lose control of my own decisions?

No. Your steward carries the work and you keep the authority. Nothing happens that you have not agreed to.

What if I do not like my steward?

You say so and we move you. Your history and your records move with you, so you do not sit down and explain your life a second time.

What happens if my steward leaves?

A second steward already knows your file, because that is how we cover illness and vacations. You meet that person early, before there is any reason to need them.

What happens if your company goes away?

Your accounts are yours and always were. They sit at your institutions in your name, and we never hold them. If we ended tomorrow you would keep every account and receive a complete record of everything we did.

Do you replace my accountant or my attorney?

No. We work alongside them and give them what they ask for without you having to be the middleman. If you do not have either one, we can tell you what kind of help the situation calls for, and you choose the person.

What does it cost?

1% of AUA. One fee covers the steward, the app, and everything described on this page. There is no hourly billing and no charge per transaction.

What do you need from me to start?

A conversation, and then a list of what exists. Accounts, bills, property, income, and anyone already helping. Most people cannot produce that list from memory and that is fine, because building it is the first thing your steward does.
